Our events are not a place for behaviour that is inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, abusive, or illegal and all participants are expected to comply with this Trixstar LIVE Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

All Attendees, Staff, Volunteers, Contractors, Partners, Sponsors, Suppliers, Media, Artists and Event Personnel (“Participants”), along with any items they are carrying or conveying, are subject to search by Event Personnel and/or Festival Management prior to being admitted on the event sites.

We do not tolerate harassment in any form. All Participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments (related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, and religion), deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing, photography or recording, sustained disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.

Participants must also abide by all event guidelines such as prohibited items, designated smoking areas, or accessing restricted areas without proper accreditation. Fencing or barriers should never be moved or broken without direct approval from Festival Management unless in the case of an emergency.

During in-person events Trixstar expects that all Participants follow public health guidelines related to safety and hygiene, including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures.

Trixstar may act in its discretion to address any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Trixstar LIVE Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund. It is expected that this Code of Conduct and all related event guidelines be clearly communicated to all Participants and their guests.

By participating in any Trixstar LIVE events, you are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all in attendance at the events and any related social events.
